| Univent vent openers automatically open and close your greenhouse vent panels for reliable climate control even when youre away! No electrical power is required. Cylinders attached to the vent openers are filled with paraffin wax that expands in warm temperatures to automatically open vents. You can raise or lower the temperature at which you want your vents to open with a simple twist of the cylinder. Univents are the best way to fully automate the American Harvest Greenhouse side vents. If you have a Northern Light with Thermafor vent openers, you may want to convert to Univent openers. Please state on your order form if youll be replacing a Thermafor, so we can send you special replacement instructions.We also offer replacement cylinders for the Univents. Even under normal conditions, the cylinders will eventually wear out and need replacing. The new cylinders twist right into your existing Univent brackets. |
