NeoPerf offers a flow through, ventilated design that controls excessive heat and moisture while supporting the knee. A tougher outer layer fabric, a breathable perforated neoprene inner layer and a moisture wicking terry lining against the skin are the reasons you'll feel more comfortable wearing these supports. The ergonomic design and adjustable compression straps ensure a secure and comfortable fit. The open patella feature is ideal for sufferers of chondromalacia and patellar tendonitis.
