| This ankle wrap combines the effectiveness of an ice pack with compression therapy in an easy-to-use ice bag. Fill with water and ice cubes – the wide three-inch mouth accommodates any size – then insert into the neoprene wrap and secure. The ankle ice bag provides coverage for sprained ankles and other ankle injuries. Ideal for use at home, work or on the road. The Ankle Ice Pack can also be used with hot water for heat therapy.
